By special demand we are launching a brand-new Friend’s and Patrons Scheme and would be delighted to have your support.   The Red Hedgehog is a project considered by many to be of great importance to the musical community and one which needs support if it is to survive longer than these early days.  It has never had any public funding and needs friends and supporters if it is to realise its objectives and prosper.

With a colourful, intimate, warm ambience, an excellent acoustic and an especially fine Yamaha grand piano (which alone has drawn many fine artists to our venue), The Red Hedgehog is the ideal setting for chamber music.  Celebrated artists to date who have performed here to date include Alexander Baillie, Paul Barritt, Peter Donohoe, City Waites, James Gilchrist, Mikhail Kazakevich, Emma Kirkby, Peter Katin, James Lisney, London Mozart Trio, Martino Tirimo, Noriko Ogawa, Rosamunde Trio, Yonty Solomon, The Burning Bush.  

Our Friends Scheme is intended to bring together those with a special love of music, who appreciate the uniqueness of The Red Hedgehog and enjoy our concerts, who wish to support with financial help.  As an informal organisation, it will provide an opportunity at concerts and special events to meet others with similar interests.
