James Lisney
Our 2010-2011 concert season begins on October 7 with a celebration - The Red Hedgehog Birthday Concert, given by the acclaimed pianist JAMES LISNEY, in a recital featuring Chopin and Schumann. The concert is in support of The Red Hedgehog Development Fund. Tickets are now on sale.

Emma Kirkby
Tuesday 26 October offers a rare chance to hear one of Britain's most distinguished sopranos, Dame Emma Kirkbyin non-typical repertoire: Debussy`s haunting Chansons and the ever-varied songs of Amy Beach, in collaboration with James Lisney on piano. The concert is in support of The Red Hedgehog Development Fund. Tickets are now on sale.

Other highlights include recitals by the highly-regarded pianist Karl Lutchmayer (October 10) followed by two brilliant young piano talents, Eduard Kunz, on Thursday 14 October and Sasha Grynyuk on Thursday 21 October.
November 27 sees the return to The Red Hedgehog of a brilliant young quartet with a very promising future - the Idomeneo Quartet, this time performing works by Haydn, Beethoven and Schubert.
A special Christmas event on Saturday 18 December offers a treat; the chance to hear the amazing Harry the Piano, who recently featured in Petroc Trelawney's Proms Preview, perform his virtuosic and funny piano medleys. More details soon.
